Production time
Many items are made to order. Production timelines are shown on each product page (or on your custom quote) and begin after your order is confirmed and any required deposit is paid. Shipping or pickup time starts after your item is finished — not on the calendar day you checkout.
During peak seasons (for example Halloween and Christmas), some orders may be offered with a 3–5 business day production window where advertised. Complex, large, or hand-finished jobs can take longer; the product page or quote controls.
