Because most items are custom made to order, returns are limited.
Catalog custom products (for example size-tier figures) are paid in full at checkout. Quoted one-off jobs may use a 25% deposit. Personalized items are final sale once production starts — we cannot change spelling or design mid-run.
Change of mind after production starts: catalog orders are not refundable; quoted jobs forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a production issue on our side, contact us within 15 days with photos and your order number. We will make it right with a remake or refund as appropriate.
Hand-paint / premium finishes (typically about +$100 CAD) apply to quoted Custom Orders only — not catalog size-tier figures — and are non-refundable once that finishing work starts.
