FAQ
How does a custom order work?
Pick a piece from the shop or send your idea. We design and make it in-house in Halifax, then ship across Canada and the US — or you can pick up in HRM.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local HRM pickup is available. We will confirm details once your order is ready.
Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada and the United States.
Can you make trademark characters?
No. We only make original, IP-safe designs — no trademark characters.
What is your return policy?
Custom made-to-order pieces have limited returns. If something arrives damaged or there is a production issue on our side, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will make it right. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
